EuroFaktura PlatiniumSoft-Projekt provides all Clients with comprehensive technical support throughout all stages of system implementation and operation.

This support may include:
- system implementation,
- regular preventive actions, including maintenance and system inspections at agreed intervals,
- supervision and configuration of the system's basic parameters,
- modifications to the system at the Client's request,
- planning for system expansion,
- telephone consultations,
- provision of new software versions.
The EuroFaktura Platinium system supports transactions conducted with foreign contractors in various languages. Business transactions can be carried out in any currency and in any foreign language. Records within the system (e.g., names of goods and services, units of measure, etc.) can be translated into any foreign languages defined in the system. The translated values from these records are used in the process of generating documents in a foreign language.
